All treatments are provided by qualified and insured professionals. These terms apply to all in-person, online, and phone bookings made via our website, Fresha platform, or directly at the clinic.

2. Appointments & Consultations
• All new clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment to ensure safety and suitability.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information about medical history, allergies, medications, and recent treatments.
• Certain conditions or medications may make you unsuitable for specific procedures. If in doubt, please consult before booking.
• OG Skinhouse reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not considered safe or appropriate.

3. Deposits & Payments
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (usually processed via Fresha).
• Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• Full payment must be made at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• OG Skinhouse accepts card payments, cash, or online payments via the Fresha platform.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of deposit.
• Failure to attend without notice will require full prepayment for any future bookings.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

5. Refund Policy
• OG Skinhouse does not offer refunds on completed treatments, as results vary depending on skin type, condition, and individual response.
• Products purchased in-clinic are non-refundable unless faulty or defective at the time of purchase.
• Packages or prepaid courses are non-refundable but may be transferred to another treatment upon management approval.

6. Contraindications & Treatment Safety
• All treatments are performed following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Clients must avoid active skincare (retinol, acids, exfoliants) 3–5 days before most advanced procedures unless advised otherwise.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking specific medications.
• If any adverse reaction occurs, please contact OG Skinhouse immediately for advice.

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical and progress purposes.

• Clients can withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting OG Skinhouse in writing.

10. Gift Vouchers & Offers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash value.
• OG Skinhouse reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

• By proceeding with a treatment, the client confirms that they have disclosed all relevant medical information and accept full responsibility for the outcome of the procedure.
• OG Skinhouse, its owner, or its practitioners cannot be held legally responsible for any adverse reaction, temporary side effect, or unexpected outcome that may occur, provided that the treatment was performed correctly and with due care.
• Clients agree that any concerns will be addressed directly with OG Skinhouse through internal resolution rather than through external legal action, except where required by law.
